this is an amazing recipe I crafted up because I wanted something healthier [ there is about 265 calories in this bad boy ] & more affordable [ than my favourite king-william-chocolate smoothie from Boost Juice ]

1 Cup almond milk unsweetened chocolate milk

1 Banana-nananana

5 or 6 large ice cubs

sprinkle of cocoa powder

1 tbsp peanut butter

[ blend and enjoy –  ]
